This workshop allows us to discover, in situation and in a simple and natural way, the main techniques of project management,
to examine them and come to an easy practice.
It happens around the «Fishfarm» simulation game the theme of which is the construction of a fish farm.
The participants adopt operational roles (project leader, engineer, planner, cost controller, quality manager).
The complete life cycle of an industrial project thus goes ahead in five phases. |
