This workshop enables us to establish the procedure of all project phases and to experience project steering under organisational aspects, team conduct, relations with the client and the hierarchy, often constituting the factor of project success. The context of the simulation is the organisation of a miniature regatta, advertising support for a de luxe product.
During the workshop, each of the participants will be Project Leader in turn.
